Stories of young Italians abroad in a documentary trip across Europe and USA. An entire generation is bleeding out of Italy: six stories of separation, one choral narration of a forgotten generation, which still has something to say to his country of origin.

STILL REGISTABrunella Filì was born in 1982, in Bari, South of Italy. She graduated in Communication Science and have a Master Degree in Cinema Studies at University of Bologna, summa cum laude (2008). She’s a director since 2005, when she debuted with a short movie: ”Aesthetic expression”, which won the prize for ‘ best actor’ at Bari Film Festival. Until 2008, she worked in Bologna, as assistant director on series and feature films and she trained herself with courses in: directing film (held by Giuseppe Tornatore) movie language (held by Abbas Kiarostami), production (held by Oscar’s winner producer Nicola Giuliano). She’ve directed ‘Corpidi Gloria’ , winner of the BEST ITALIAN BOOKTRAILER AWARD 2014. She was candidated for Best Emerging Director at MADRID IFF 2014. Winner of Principi Attivi 2012 (25.000 funding for development of webseries), a public regional fund that permitted her to create her own production company, Officinema Doc, based in Bari.
