1st Scarborough Film Festival wrapped up with both the Jury and the public choosing the winning films!
Scarborough Film Festival Jury Committee watched 6 in-Competition films and awarded Best Cinematography, Best Director and Festival Grand Prix Awards, while the public had a chance to vote for their favorite short and feature film.
